Gaye, who comes from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is introducing her new cookbook, called "Simply Big Cookies, Desserts and More." It is loaded with fast and easy recipes for great cookies, desserts, gifts and entrees.

Gaye graduated with a BS degree in Dietetics and went on to complete some graduate work at LSU and Southern Mississippi studying Institutional Food Service Management and Marketing.
